New York’s Master Chefs Cookbook by Richard Sax (1985)
Sadly Richard Sax, a chef and prolific cooking writer who taught millions of readers that elegant food could be prepared in ordinary kitchens using everyday ingredients, died on Friday feb. 27, 2009 at a New York Hospital. He was 46 and lived in Manhattan.
This softcover spiral bound 1st edition cookbook is in good condition.
