This exceptional entree’ features the unlikely combination of chicken, cheddar cheese, coffee and pineapple – with great success!

Ingredients:
6 pineapple slices
3 chicken breasts, split
Salt & pepper
1 can condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Kraft sharp cheddar cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. instant coffee
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Kraft sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

Place pineapple slices in a 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top. Season with salt & pepper.

Combine soup and coffee, spoon over chicken. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Top with cheese and bake until melted.

To complete the meal, serve with parslied rice and broccoli with lemon sherbet for dessert.
