Shortcut Cooking Cookbook (1969)

This is a very interesting softcover cookbook. There is no intro or acknowledgments in the book except to say it was published by the Meredith Corporation in 1969 and that this is the first printing. However it is an incredible cookbook. More than a cookbook its a look back into America in the 60’s. Its filled with both color and black & white photos which even more than the food show off the utensils and equipment of the day.

This softcover cookbook is in good condition. There is some slight wear at the top edge of the book and a couple of the pages have the corners folded for bookmarking but overall its in great shape.
